PURCHASE / CHARGES
All purchases will be processed through our online credit card processing module. We use stripe.com, and are PCI complient, which means our website is secure and your information is protected. Once you have checked out and completed your transaction, your credit card will be proceesed imediately. We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed. Unfortunately we do not accept checks or money orders through online sales. All private information is protected and secure and will not be shared with any 2nd or 3rd parties. Everfan does not keep records of any credit card information for security reasons.
Everfan does not charge sales taxes for most orders. However, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year. If your order is shipping to a location in the state of Georgia, you will be charged the applicable state sales tax.
CONFIRMATION / DELIVERY
You will receive an email confirmation after the order is placed. This email will include order details and login information to access your order details through our website. You will also receive a followup email once your item has shipped with tracking information. Purchased items will be shipped within 1 business day from when the order was placed and processed. We provide 3 options for shipping (see below). If you have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 229-234-1222.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We have established 5 rates for your convenience. USPS Standard (3-5 days), USPS Priority (2-3 Days), UPS 2-Day, USPS Express (1-2 days) and UPS Overngiht (orders will ship out next day) Rates are based off of USPS & UPS standards and are subject to change. We also offer a standard shipping rate for all Canadian shipments, and a separate rate for all other international shipments.
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, you will be contacted directly by our sales staff.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Everfan. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. You can receive store credit to be used in the future or we can refund your money in full (we do not refund the return shipping cost). The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes and packaging, and with all paperwork, receipts and accessories to ensure full credit. Purchased items are determined un-returnable if tags have been removed or damaged, or products are worn or have sustained damage by the customer.
If an item ordered is not received in a shipment or is incorrect, please contact Everfan within 5 business days via phone or email. The missing item(s) or incorrect item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible following notification to Everfan. All claims of missing or incorrect items will be investigated by Everfan LLC. and/or shipping providers. Everfan LLC. reserves the right to deny claims of missing or incorrect items based on the results of our investigation. Missing & incorrectly shipped items will be replaced with the identical item originally ordered, subject to availability. Shipping will be paid for by Everfan LLC. for the replacement item as well as return shipping fees for the incorrect item. Choice of shipping method used to send any replacement or missing items will be at the discretion of Everfan LLC. Customer shipping fees to be reimbursed by Everfan LLC. must be pre-approved via email. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued in the form of cash, check or credit. In the case that product availability is an issue, a substitution or store credit for the missing items equal to the sale price of the item will be applied upon approval from the customer. If a substitution is not acceptable, then we will cancel the order and refund the purchase amount to the customer.
